Production has kicked off for the British multiverse horror-thriller film, “Parallel,” which promises to take audiences on a spine-tingling journey through dimensions unknown.
Penned by Nathan Shane Miller, the story revolves around a detective grappling with the heartbreaking loss of his son. As he delves into a mysterious and fear-shrouded British community, he stumbles upon a hidden portal to a parallel realm. This discovery offers a glimmer of hope for a reunion with his son, but as he steps into this otherworldly dimension, the line between reality and illusion begins to blur, and long-buried secrets come to light.

Matthew Tibbenham, known for his work on “Surviving Confession” and the video game “Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom,” takes the helm as the director. The film features an impressive cast, with James Cosmo, renowned for his roles in “Braveheart” and “Game of Thrones,” and Arifin Putra, known for his outstanding performance in “The Raid 2,” leading the way. Joining them are talents like Hannah Al Rashid, Iskandar Eaton, Philip Hulford, and Shivani Cassidy, making this an ensemble of promising actors.
“Parallel” is produced by Silent D Pictures, spearheaded by prolific producer Djonny Chen and his producing partner Ewa Habdas.
