The flats along with 2- and 4-bedroom homes is aimed at authorities aspiring for sustainable metropolis on the waterfront with an enviable city design. Construction has started out on the development of around 300 residences and 60,000 sq feet of Grade A workplaces at Waterside in Leicester.
Housing developer, Keepmoat Homes is turning in the town centre regeneration scheme in partnership with Leicester City Council. Supported through Brackley Property Developments who are establishing the accommodation, the partnership will redevelop the 18-acre brownfield site, using the Grand Union Canal and River Soar, into a brand-new place.
