The Dallas Mavericks guard admits that his performance in the tournament thus far has been uneven and blames his opponents’ defense for it. The Slovenian guard thinks that NBA clubs can’t match the defensive prowess of European teams.

Doncic beat Germany with a 36-point, 10-rebound performance to rapidly bounce back from the loss.
He won 88-80 with a 56% field goal percentage.
The most impressive was Doncic’s most recent display. Against France and Rudy Gobert, he only managed to score 47 points. He shot 65.2% in the 88-82 victory, with 54.5% coming from beyond the arc.
