The legendary Diane Keaton recently stepped into Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney’s Something About Her eatery, which proudly features a specially crafted sandwich named in her honor.
Katie Maloney, 37, took to Instagram to share snapshots of Keaton’s visit, showing the esteemed actress alongside Katie’s mother and colleague, Teri Maloney.
“The incredible @diane_keaton just visited @somethingabouther,” Katie captioned, capturing the joyful embrace and beaming smiles in the picture.
Whether or not Keaton sampled “The Diane” sandwich, brimming with ‘tuna’ salad made from chickpeas, kelp flakes, marinated fennel, among other upscale ingredients, remains unknown.
The delightful ambiance of Something About Her draws inspiration from Nancy Meyers’ visually stunning romantic comedies, including “Something’s Gotta Give,” which Keaton starred in with Jack Nicholson in 2003.
In an amazing turn, Jon Hutman, a production designer who collaborated with Meyers on that film, crafted the Parisian café-styled interior for Something About Her in response to a spontaneous email from Maloney.
“Katie really shot her shot,” Madix, aged 38, told Entertainment Tonight recently, citing Meyers’ other works like “The Holiday” and “What Women Want” as inspiration for the café’s atmosphere, alongside Hutman’s expertise.

Maloney and Madix honored various actresses who have appeared in Meyers’ films by naming sandwiches after them — including not only Diane Keaton but also Reese Witherspoon, Drew Barrymore, Kate Winslet, and Meg Ryan, to name a few.
After overcoming some bureaucratic delays, the West Hollywood-based Something About Her finally welcomed guests on May 22.
Prior to the grand opening, prominent Bravo personalities such as “Summer House” favorites Lindsay Hubbard and Kyle Cooke, as well as “Pump Rules” icon Stassi Schroeder and the network’s impresario Andy Cohen, offered their support to Madix and Maloney’s latest venture.
