BTS has been unable to take home a Grammy award for over three years. The award for ‘Best Music Video’ went to Taylor Swift’s “All too Well” and ‘Album of the Year’ went to Harry Styles’ “Harry House.” “My Universe,” which was released in 2021, is a song that features Korean lyrics set to an intense rock-inspired melody. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became BTS’ 6th number one song on the chart. BTS had previously been nominated in the ‘Best Pop Duo/Group Performance’ category for two consecutive years at the 63rd and 64th Grammy Awards, but they did not win, causing disappointment among their fans.
