Growing in popularity over the past decade, podcasts have become an integral part of many people’s daily lives and routines. Years ago, only renowned broadcasters were given the honor of speaking to the masses. Now, with the boom of the podcast industry, almost everyone is able to connect with an audience through their various channels. Ash Porto recently completed her master’s degree in clinical psychology and spirituality from Columbia University. Ash is also a podcast host and the founder of the ASHx Podcast; a show that interviews some of the most successful musical artists in the world.

Started in February 2022, ASHx Podcast is a weekly podcast where Ash Porto interviews musical artists to get to know them on a deeper level and find out how spirituality and mental health play a role in their success. Ash’s frank and objective podcasts offer a better vision into the topics she talks about on her show. As an entrepreneur, she understands the unique challenges of women in business, and she isn’t shy to discuss about mental health. She is in a habit of searching for deeper meanings and always eager to learn from their words of advice. The very fact that ASHx Podcast is making a difference in the lives of many people is an achievement in itself.

According to Ash, podcasts are about genuine connections, shaping conversations, and creating new noteworthy ones. It’s the opportunity to talk to the people who will listen and the ones joining along the way. Even if it’s just for fun, creating a podcast is just like creating a brand. ASHx Podcast doesn’t imitate others. It believes in doing something new and innovative to provide values to the lives of people around us. With that thought in mind, the podcast has collaborated with some of the well-known artists of the electronic space such as DJ Tommy Trash, Le Youth, Sam Wolfe, Curt Reynolds and more.

“I have always had a passion for music since I was a young kid and attended many music festivals. I found out I loved interviewing when I had a chance to try it out at my current company. I loved the idea of merging music and spirituality because I believe there’s a direct correlation!” – Ash Porto.
