Queen Camilla Provides Update on King Charles III’s Health Amid Cancer Battle

During a visit to Belfast, Northern Ireland, Queen Camilla shared an update on her husband, King Charles III’s, health as he undergoes treatment for cancer. The 76-year-old queen expressed that Charles is doing well despite his health challenges.

“He’s doing very well,” Camilla remarked during a visit to a deli, as reported by Hello! magazine. She also joked about her efforts to keep him in line, indicating her supportive role in his treatment journey.

Although Charles couldn’t accompany Camilla on her visit, he has continued to fulfill his royal duties as much as possible following the announcement of his cancer diagnosis. Despite being advised by doctors to postpone public appearances, Charles has remained active in state affairs and official responsibilities.

In recent engagements, Charles has met with dignitaries and participated in royal events, including a meeting with High Commissioner of Singapore Ng Teck Hean and High Commissioner for the United Republic of Tanzania Mbelwa Kairuki at Buckingham Palace.

The update from Queen Camilla comes amidst ongoing support from the public and the royal family for Charles as he navigates his health battle. Charles himself has expressed gratitude for the outpouring of well-wishes and support, emphasizing his commitment to serving the Commonwealth to the best of his ability.
