The zombie disaster thriller from South Korea, “All of Us Are Dead,” was a tremendous hit on Netflix and was given a second season renewal in June of last year. After being left on a cliffhanger at the end of Season 1, fans excitedly anticipate the release of Season 2.

The focus of All of Us Are Dead Season 2 will be the fight for survival against the dead. According to the series’ director Lee Jae-kyoo, he purposefully left the door open for a potential second season.

According to Lee, who spoke to The Korea Herald, “several directions, places, and scenarios were purposely constructed to expand the tale into a second season, including the introduction of the new races of zombies.”

“The second season can discuss the survival of zombies if the first season can be considered as having depicted humanity’s survival.”

The well-liked K-drama series “All of Us Are Dead,” based on the novel by Joo Dong-webcomic Geun, was created by Chun Sung-il. Park Ji-hu, Yoon Chan-young, Cho Yi-hyun, Lomon, Yoo In-soo, Lee Yoo-mi, Kim Byung-chul, Lee Kyu-hyung, and Jeon Bae-soo are among the show’s brilliant cast members who have all garnered recognition for their performances.

The show’s plot centres on a group of high school students who, as a result of a failed research experiment, find themselves in a zombie apocalypse. The kids are left to rely on equipment they find around the school to defend themselves from the hordes of the undead because they have no access to food or water and are shut off from communication by the authorities. The kids are forced to engage in combat to survive or run the risk of contracting the disease.

All of Us Are Dead Season 2: Everything we currently know 2

All of Us Are Dead’s first season concludes with the students making it out of the building and into a deserted neighbourhood. But they quickly come to the realisation that they are not alone after coming across several zombies. Dae-su hurts his leg while trying to flee, while Woo-jin offers himself up to save his sister but gets bit in the process. To keep him from turning into a zombie, Nam-ra must murder him.
Nam-ra begins to experience a strong temptation to eat her pals during the escape and is plagued by voices in her thoughts. On-jo is almost attacked, but she restrains herself. She leaves the company and vanishes after feeling overburdened with remorse.

The government lifts martial law in Hyosan four months later, but it puts the locals under quarantine. Although being a half-zombie, Nam-ra appears to be in good health as the six students slip out of the camp and make their way back to their destroyed school. They are told by Nam-ra that she has met other half-zombies who have also fled the school and that she will be returning. She leaves the others behind and leaps off the rooftop. The bodies of Byeong-wife chan’s and son are seen being transported to an unidentified location by government agents in a scene towards the middle of the credits.

There is no official word that filming has commenced for All of Us Are Dead Season 2, although pre-production has already begun.
