Christian Dumontet, the husband of “Selling Sunset” star Christine Quinn, has been arrested for the second time following an initial arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. The subsequent arrest occurred on March 20, one day after the first, when Dumontet returned to the family’s home despite Quinn being granted an emergency protective order.

The protective order was issued following a domestic incident involving Dumontet and their 2-year-old son, Christian. Dumontet allegedly threw a bag with glass, striking the child and causing injury. Although the child did not require transport to the hospital by first responders, paramedics on the scene advised that he needed to go to the emergency room, where Quinn took him for treatment.

Dumontet was released on $30,000 bail after each arrest and is scheduled to appear in court on April 11. Meanwhile, Quinn’s priority is ensuring the safety and protection of her child, and she has hired legal counsel to work on filing a restraining order.

Quinn and Dumontet got engaged in February 2019 and married later that year. They welcomed their son in May 2021. Despite the challenges they are facing, Quinn and Dumontet had previously spoken about their instant connection and differences, with Dumontet emphasizing their banter and Quinn acknowledging their contrasting personalities.

Dumontet has not publicly commented on his arrests, and details about his legal representation are currently unavailable.
