All of the major Star Wars series presently in production, including Season 3 of The Mandalorian, Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka Tano series, and Rogue One’s prequel series Andor, have been disclosed by Lucasfilm. Vanity Fair disclosed the release dates for all of the series.
Season 3 of The Mandalorian is still a long way off, but anticipation is rising after the program’s emotional conclusion and a brief visit by the bounty hunter in sister show The Book of Boba Fett. Several new and returning cast members have been revealed for the upcoming season, and at this year’s Star Wars Celebration, fans will learn even more about what’s in store. Rumors and even cast members have thrown around a number of release dates and timeframes for the much awaited sequel to Din Djarin and Grogu’s quest. According to one source, viewers will be able to watch the couple again during the 2022 holiday season.
According to a recent Vanity Fair feature, Lucasfilm plans to broadcast The Mandalorian Season 3 on Disney+ in late 2022 or early 2023. The third season of the Star Wars show was supposed to be available on Netflix by Christmas this year. This latest situation means that fans may have to wait a little longer to return to The Mandalorian universe. Season 3 of The Mandalorian will premiere in late 2022 or early 2023, continuing the story of the bounty hunter and his adopted child, Grogu, aka Baby Yoda.
The Star Wars world appears to be rapidly expanding. Despite the fact that the franchise’s anticipated trilogy by Rian Johnson has been delayed, Lucasfilm is still juggling a lot of moving components. Aside from the series with established release dates, Spider-Man: No Way Home director Jon Watts is working on an untitled Star Wars series that is supposed to be inspired by 1980s coming-of-age stories. It’s a great moment to be a Star Wars fan, as Disney shows no signs of slowing down.
