Madelyn Cline, who plays Sarah on Netflix’s series, is gearing up for another juicy plotline that will delight—and surprise—fans as the series’ third season approaches. Madelyn told E! News exclusively, “I think there will be a lot of resolve for Sarah,” “She has a lot of resolve and feelings for her family. For the last few seasons, we haven’t seen her stand on her own two feet with her family, so this is a welcome change.”
Don’t expect Sarah to be the only one who changes. According to Madelyn, the Kooks and the Pogues may undergo significant changes.

“We’re exploring a lot of different dynamics and story lines that we haven’t had a chance to yet,” she said. “I’m just really excited about everything that we’ve shot and everything that I’ve read so far.”
This season, the cast will shoot scenes in Charleston, South Carolina. While Madelyn joked that filming a new season feels like “coming back to school” she was excited to take a field trip to the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami with TAG Heuer, the official timekeeper of Oracle Red Bull Racing, where she participated in a unique go-kart experience.

At the star-studded event, the 24-year-old found herself in the driver’s seat. While the sights and sounds of the 305 may have put the actress in a good mood, she isn’t ready to divulge any more information about her on-screen relationship with John B. (Chase Stokes).
Chase and Madelyn split up in November after dating for over a year. They were spotted together in Atlanta just a few weeks later.
And good luck if you think Chase will reveal more information about Season 3! On social media, the actor recently pleaded with fans not to spoil the show as filming begins.

“I hate that I’m having to post this again but please, do not post spoilers of us working,” he wrote in March. “This is an exhausting process, but we have a fantastic story to tell… I know you’re all excited and nervous, but I assure you that it will be worth the wait.”
