Though Kanye West was absent from Grammys 2022’s performance, the rapper still bagged two awards at the music night ceremony in the categories of Best Rap Song and Best Melodic Rap Performance. Kanye West didn’t showed up to the Grammys after his performance got canceled owing to his social media attacks on The Daily Show host Trevor Noah and Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson who is dating his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. The rapper got a congratulatory message from his girlfriend.
Model Chaney Jones via her Instagram story congratulated Kanye West with a special message by sharing a screenshot of the post by The Shade Room, Chaney Jones tagged Kanye West and wrote, “THE BIGGEST (GOAT emoji) SO PROUD”. As far as Kanye is concerned, he has been away from social media for long and has not posted for a while. Recently, there is also another news making the headlines and that is Kanye West will not be performing at Coachella this year.
West’s performance was scheduled for the closing night at the festival which will happen on April 15-17 as well as April 22-24, so far the reason for Kanye pulling out of the music festival has not been disclosed. It is being said that Coachella’s headliners for the first two nights will be Billie Eilish and Harry Styles. Several reports claim that the “Niggas In Paris” rapper has taken some time off and is getting therapy for his disgraceful and brazen behavior, however, Kanye West’s rep denied all such reports and stated that these are lies created to damage his reputation.
