Story
Sarah Hase, played by Missy Sahagun, an undercover FBI agent, finds herself entangled in a lethal game of cat and mouse in the shadows of Los Angeles, where vampire lore and contemporary crime are interwoven. Tracking the notorious vampire killer Jeffery Nelson (Robert Allen Mukes) before he strikes again is Sarah’s mission as a rogue vampire investigator. But Nelson is not the only mysterious vampire on the hunt; Eva Hamilton has her own mysterious motivations. Sarah has to face her inner demons and make her way through a world full of treachery and shifting allegiances as the race to capture Nelson gets more intense. The distinction between the hunter and the hunted becomes increasingly hazy with each clue found and betrayal exposed, building to a suspenseful finale where the survival of both the living and the undead is in jeopardy.
Plot Summary
Beneath the surface of normalcy, a dark secret festers in the heart of Los Angeles. Living in stealth among people, female vampires are the target of a deadly hunt. As a vampire herself, FBI agent Sarah Hase is hunting the notorious vampire killer Jeffrey Nelson. Her goal was to apprehend him and lock him away forever.
Sarah finds out that there is another vampire pursuing Nelson as she continues her investigation, but it is unclear why they are doing so. In addition to making Sarah face her personal demons, this dual pursuit ups the tension as she navigates a dangerous world of betrayal and surprising alliances.
