STORYLINE
The series narrates the tale of a peculiar family endowed with various supernatural powers. Bok Gwi Joo possesses the unique ability to journey back in time, reliving past moments but unable to alter their course, leading him into a state of depression, ultimately causing him to lose his gift. Similarly, other family members gradually lose their powers due to contemporary mental health struggles. When Do Da Hee discovers their secret, she moves in with them for her own undisclosed motives, triggering gradual changes within the household dynamics. Following the tragic loss of his wife in a car accident, Gwi Joo is diagnosed with depression, grappling with guilt and turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism. Meanwhile, his daughter, Bok In A, is ensnared in a digital world, lacking social interaction and showing no signs of supernatural abilities, much to her grandmother’s dismay. Gwi Joo’s mother, the matriarch of the family, possesses foresight abilities but is plagued by insomnia, while his sister, once capable of flight, has lost her power due to obesity.
As the story unfolds, Do Da Hae and her family devise a scheme to exploit the wealthy family for financial gain, infiltrating their lives and seeking their favor. Despite initially dismissing rumors of supernatural abilities, Da Hae eventually learns the truth. Gwi Joo’s mother endeavors to arrange a marriage between him and Da Hae, a plan aligned with Da Hae’s own desire to swindle the family. The family stipulates that whoever between Gwi Joo and his sister marries first will inherit the family business, adding a new layer of complexity to their interactions. Additionally, Do Da Hee harbors her own secret fear of fire, which promises to be unveiled in forthcoming episodes.
