Niantic Holding Two Pokemon Go Community Days This November

CD 1

Niantic, the developer of the popular Pokemon Go game, has released a few details for the game’s upcoming and awaited Community Day events. What’s surprising is the fact that this time they have planned two separate Community Day events in November 2020 instead of a single event as they usually do. Both these events will feature Gen 1 Pokemons Electabuzz and Magmar, respectively.

The Two Community Day Events Planned For Pokemon Go

Day 1 of the Community Event is planned on Sunday, November 15. It will star the electric type Pokemon Electabuzz and throughout the event the Pokemon will pop up more frequently in the wild. The players also have a chance to find a Shiny Electabuzz during the event. Besides, if you manage to evolve your Electabuzz into Electivire, it will learn the Flamethrower attack that is typically performed by a fire type Pokemon. It will be so for up to 2 hours after the conclusion of the Community Day event.

Niantic is also going to offer the players an exclusive Special Research story that entails Electabuzz during the first day of the Community event. For this, the players will have to make a purchase of a $1 virtual ticket as usual. You can also use any Incense for about 3 hours during the Community event. Also, hatching of the eggs will occur at about 25% of their normal distance.

The developer will also offer the players an exclusive Special Research story about Magmar on the second day of the Community event. Just like the Electabuzz one, it will too require a $1 virtual ticket to be purchased by the players. Magmar will also pop up more frequently in the wild just like Electabuzz from November 21. All other bonuses remain the same as the ones during the Electabuzz event.

Both the Community Days will last for about 6 hours duration from 11am to 5pm local time. For more details, visit the official Pokemon Go website.
