The news comes days after her THE TALK co – host Carrie Ann Inaba tested positive. Less then a week Sharon Osbourne revealed that she too has contracted the disease. She shared this news on social Media on Dec,14.
“I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for COVID-19. After a brief hospitalization, I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy ( who has tested negative) while The Talk is on scheduled hiatus,” she wrote. “Everyone please stay and healthy”.
The talk’s Twitter replied: “Wishing you, a speedy recovery, Mrs. O, we love you”. On Instagram, Inaba commented, “Love you so much my friend. Sending you so much love….” and praying for a full recovery”
During Dec. 10’s broadcast of The Talk- which was the last scheduled day of the production for 2020, per people- co-host Sheryl Underwood broke the news to the viewers about Inaba. “As you can see, Carrie Ann is not here with us today,” she said. ” She found out this morning that she has tested positive for Covid-19. Obviously our thoughts are with her, we love her, and we’re praying for a full recovery. And, out of an abundance of caution, Mrs. O will be doing the show from home today, even though she tested negative for the Coronavirus”.
