Netflix has unveiled tantalizing posters and a premiere date for its upcoming action comedy series, “The Gentlemen,” teasing fans with what’s in store for the highly anticipated show.

Based on the 2019 film of the same name, which was written and directed by the acclaimed Guy Ritchie and starred A-listers Matthew McConaughey and Charlie Hunnam, “The Gentlemen” series promises to deliver the same exhilarating mix of action and humor that captivated audiences on the big screen.

Set to premiere on March 7, the series follows the story of Eddie, played by Theo James, a British aristocrat who unexpectedly inherits his father’s estate, only to uncover that it sits atop a sprawling marijuana empire owned by the enigmatic Mickey Pearson, portrayed by McConaughey in the original film.

The newly released posters offer a glimpse into the characters and tone of the show, with James’ poster showcasing him in a dapper three-piece suit, accompanied by the caption “Fresh heir.” Meanwhile, Giancarlo Esposito’s poster exudes an air of intrigue with the tagline “Sharp suits sharper knives,” hinting at the thrilling twists and turns that lie ahead.

Joining James and Esposito in the cast are Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, Vinnie Jones, and Joely Richardson, each adding their own unique flair to the ensemble.

“The Gentlemen” series is created, written, directed, and executive produced by Ritchie himself, ensuring that fans can expect the same signature style and wit that made the original film a hit.

With Netflix sharing a teaser trailer for the show earlier in January, anticipation is building for what promises to be a wild ride filled with action, humor, and plenty of surprises. Mark your calendars for March 7 and get ready to dive into the world of “The Gentlemen” like never before.
