Storyline
Young Lion of the West is a story about Nick Donato (Joey Sasso), a local club promoter who rebels against his boss and opens his own club. The story is set in the vibrant nightlife of Rochester, New York. The movie examines the difficulties and fallout that result from Nick and his closest buddy Raymond engaging in a competitive, high-stakes game with their former employer. Their covert club’s ascent sets off a sequence of dramatic events that address themes of betrayal, family, loyalty, and the sometimes destructive chase of success.
