Cristian Marino is an Italian chef born in Milan, Italy. At a very young age he moved to Calabria where his parents opened a restaurant so Cristian became interested in the ?hospitality? industry. This was the place where Cristian first started to learn cooking.

When Cristian gained enough experience working in his parents? restaurant, he wanted to know more about what other places inside the famous ?Bel Paese? country has to offer. This was the time when Cristian planned to leave his home to travel other places in Italy.

At the age of 17, he left the South of Italy and moved back to the North of Italy where he had studied at the  prestigious ?E. Maggia? Hotel school of  Stresa on the Maggiore Lake while spending his evenings working on several hotels on the area, working as a cook but also as a waiter sometimes.

Chef Cristian?s resume includes a work experience of over 10 countries including UAE (Currently working as a freelance culinary consultant) and Indonesia, and along with a work portfolio in hotels and restaurants present in different regions such as Asia, Europe and Middle East.

Italy, France, UK, Spain , Croatia, Romania , Bulgaria ,Indonesia, and Dubai are just few names that are included in his resume. He shot to prominence with his social media handles where he showcases his lifestyle and cooking recipes with his followers. He has also obtained ‘The Golden Q’ from Ospitalit? Italiana for all the Italian restaurants that he has worked for. Along with that, he has also achieved the ‘Silver Plate’ which he had obtained after he had worked as a cook for the representative of the Accademia Italiana Della Cucina in one of the hotel restaurants.

Cristian used to work for internationals hotel chains such as Radisson Blu and InterContinental (Europe) as an Executive chef. His last assignment was for the Marriott International, East Java in Indonesia as a Complex Executive Chef for the two pre-opening hotels. Now, he is an Italian Chef consultant for the global hospitality market.
