The multipreneur is now launching an Environmental Art business with his wife and aims to take over the markets in Dubai and the GCC.
It is indeed quite incredible to learn about professionals and entrepreneurs who, instead of following the crowd blindly, focus their energies on creating their own unique path to success. In this quest to create their unique success story, they often create new business ideas and strategies and make sure to walk unconventional paths to ultimately reach their desired success in their chosen fields and life. This has led a few entrepreneurs and their businesses on a constant growth path, and that is how they have today become sources of inspiration, especially to the budding entrepreneurial talents worldwide, just like Paul Sterriker has become to many, expanding his horizons across niches in business and acing every possible game in the entrepreneurial world.
The Surrey, England native came from a working-class background, but was always confident that life would present him with opportunities that could help him thrive. His career started when he was accepted for a commission in the Royal Navy, initially attending Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth, becoming a Commissioned Officer, where he built on his natural leadership qualities, so much so that post-Royal Navy he became a leader in the commercial world and the founder and CEO of a number of businesses. After 30 years in the entrepreneurial world, Paul Sterriker still hasn’t stopped innovating, building, and running businesses across the fields of Staffing/Recruitment, Creative Marketing, and Healthcare, and now in Property Development and Environmental Art with his Artist and designer wife, Doctor Kasia Sterriker.
The couple are now determined to make their mark in Dubai and across the GCC by enhancing properties both aesthetically and practically and building their Environmental Art Business. This will be their first Dubai-based business and they aim to make it a huge success, just like Paul has made with several others from nothing to multi-million-pound turnover businesses.
Paul’s core beliefs as an entrepreneur and as an individual are to find projects that interest you, do the things that you love and spread the good among others. The entrepreneur, company director/CEO finds passion in creating and running businesses, especially those that can inspire, and now wants to continue doing that in the Gulf.
