Creating a name in the sales or marketing field is no easy job, especially after the pandemic, as so many people have entered the marketplace, trying to earn an income online. But despite the massive crowd trying to get their name out there, Omar Choudhury has become a stand-out figure in the industry. The 22-year-old Brit built his first million-dollar agency in less than 7 months, consulted some of the largest entrepreneurs in the world on their branding strategy, and has gone on to build one of the largest e-commerce acquisition portfolios in his industry.

Motivation Behind The Hard Work

Omar believes the key to success, is to help other people first. He believes the reason he has scaled so quickly was that his goal was never to become wealthy solely for himself, but to retire his mother in his early twenties. He also says he wants to build serious wealth before buying fancy cars and watches. “There are too many 20-year-olds renting Lamborghinis flexing a lifestyle they cannot afford to maintain, whilst their mother can barely afford to pay bills. That does not entertain me. As soon as I started to surround myself with the super-wealthy, I realized that fake lifestyle does not impress anyone of value. The goal is to make F.U money, then do whatever I want.”

Learning From Omar

Despite the fact there would undoubtedly be a flood of people who would want to learn from him, Omar has little intention of being a guru. “I have no interest being a fake guru and selling courses like everyone else. I want to build wealth through my companies, re-investing profits, then provide free value for others along the way. I am happy to consult already successful business owners and investors, but there needs to be fewer coaches and more doers in this industry.”

Long Term

Omar aims to continue to build his presence as an industry leader in the mergers and acquisition world. He plans to scale Connects Capital to provide better investment solutions to high-level entrepreneurs and investors.

He also wants to inspire entrepreneurs to chase true happiness and not just money. “As someone who first believed all my struggles would be fixed with having more money, it took me a while to understand what true happiness would feel like. I am still trying to get to that place of bliss, learning from successful people who have done the same, and encouraging others to play the long-term game and find what truly brings them joy in life.”
