She is the brain behind the much-talked-about book, “The Zero-Sum Game of You,” which has attained massive recognition already.
The high-performing and highly successful professionals, entrepreneurs, CEOs, leaders, writers, artists and others that we hear about today have had their own sweet journey to success; one where nothing came by their way easily or conveniently, but where they had to go out of their comfort zones to try something new and bring great value to the ones they serve or cater to through their work. Self-help author and humanitarian Rosa L. Antonini is one to have done that, working with the genuine aim and purpose of enlightening minds and hearts with her book and through her compassionate work for people.
Recently, Rosa L. Antonini underwent major spine surgery which she believes was the outcome of combining faith with science. Speaking on the same, she highlights how people, when faced with such challenges, can overcome them by forging ahead in some cases and other times by taking a leap of faith and surrendering to things out of their control. She says, “My spine was out of alignment with scoliosis since I was a teenager. Some of the disks further moved out of shape when I had my kids, and last year, I fell on a sidewalk due to black ice, which resulted in new issues with my spine. This created more pressure between some disks, and my pain level only surged high. Doing swimming, pilates, physiotherapy, and visiting chiropractors helped me until recently when I felt I hit the end of the rope. Then suddenly, many conditions came into alignment, including coming across a very qualified and caring neurosurgeon, Dr. Jay S. Reidler, who helped me make this big decision. The outcome so far has been great, but a complete recovery takes time.” Adding further, she says that experiencing disabling pain takes a physical, mental, and emotional hit. “Do everything you can to take care of your body, and don’t accept unnecessary pain as a way of living. Our body is the instrument that enables our souls to experience all it needs either for growth or fun. We only have one for our whole life, and when it breaks, it creates unbalance within you and those around you.”
Rose L. Antonini is the one who wrote “The Zero-Sum Game of You,” which today is already making a lot of noise, thanks to the topics this incredible woman has covered in the book, making people realize that they have the power within to win in life. The book, which is doing great in English on Amazon, just released this week in Spanish. The Master’s degree holder in Information systems and software engineering in the US, who is known for her valuable work in the STEM field, is now making her name count as a self-help author. She wants to spread the program even in Uganda and many other countries worldwide, explaining that it is essential for people to know that they will benefit from the book and help many more people across the world.
Her book is all about offering people a unique recipe for happiness, self-fulfilment, and success. She aims to create more awareness about the book and program to expand them. As a humanitarian, she has been giving 100% of her profits and more from her personal funds, for she wishes to create a positive impact on people’s lives through her work. Apart from this, Rosa L. Antonini (www.rosaantonini.com) has also garnered more headlines for coming up with the idea of soon starting her own podcast titled “Glasses off with Rosa.” With her podcast, she will discuss varied topics to bring awareness of reality vs perception and is looking forward to inviting great experts to discuss these topics.
Coming from humble family background, since her growing up years, she has had several health issues. However, she took this up as a challenge, faced those hurdles, thrived on her determination and willpower, and made sure to get the best possible outcome at every stage of her life, which has today allowed her to become a well-known self-help author and philanthropist.
