The Season 5 finale of Cobra Kai opens with Kreese (Martin Cove) in jail receiving counseling and losing. As the counselor makes flimsy attempts to cheer him up, he is a realist and realizes that his time is almost up and he will spend his final days in prison. Every victory he fought for has been gone, and every trace of him has been obliterated. He mentions Johnny, his top pupil, and acknowledges that he has permanently lost him before sobbing. Even close to consoling him, the counselor. Later, Kreese mediates a conflict between two of his subordinates and gets shivved as a result.
Cobra Kai is being broken into by Miyagi-Do. They think about it till Tory displays her key card. They ultimately succeed in finding what they’re seeking after breaking into Silver’s computer. They had no idea that a camera hidden by the Cobra Kai snake insignia is recording everything. Johnny and Chozen are engaged in combat with the very nasty sensei group. Kim goes to look after the kids after warning Silver that Tory has broken into their workplace with Miyagi-Do. When Daniel begs a trucker for a ride, the driver tells him to walk it off. When Stingray arrives, a different set of men get out of the vehicle. He gets in the automobile after learning that the kids are in peril.
At Cobra Kai HQ, the final fight of all battles is taking place. Hawk needs to hold off the other combatants while Demetri uploads the tape. Now that Kyler (Joe Seo) has cornered Hawk and Demetri, he is just as stupid and annoying as ever. Hawk defeats him and his companions easily. Robby and Kenny battle down below, but Kenny has become a better fighter, and Robby can scarcely keep up. When Kenny uses the Silver Bullet on Robby, gravely hurting him, the other fighters overtake him.
Johnny is bruised and wounded. He is informed that Chozen is off the board by Silver, who enters. Silver will admit that Johnny is brave; nonetheless, there is “not much upstairs”; Terry will be responsible for cleaning up the Cobra Kai mess. While he’s gone, he gives the soldiers instructions to finish Johnny. The members of Cobra Kai are punching Robby in the head. Hawk and Kyler are engaged in combat. Miguel kicks Robby out of the way. Hawk is joined in the battle by Demetri, and together they decimate the Kai members. When Kim Da-Eun knocks Tory off her feet, she is high-kicking her way through the last few lone runners. Tory will learn a difficult lesson from Kim’s final lecture. She stomps Tory’s shattered hand beneath her foot, relishing in the agony. Sam can hear Tory crying. Kim effortlessly defeats both females and knocks them out. Devon is here. She is joining Tory while taking her path.
Cobra Kai welcomes Amanda, Carmen, Daniel, and Stingray. The guard dogs are killed by Stingray, and the group enters. As a result of the lesson they learned from the egg game earlier in the season, Miyagi-Do has encircled Anthony. Anthony clicks “play” when the upload is finished. They view the video of Silver admitting to manipulating the fight. He believes that Silver’s return shows nothing. He gives another speech, but this time the audience is divided. Terry is enraged because life is not a fairytale and there are no happy endings. After being severely beaten by Silver’s men, Johnny rises and karate kicks his way out after viewing a copy of his baby’s sonogram. When Mike Barnes comes to his rescue, they are at a standstill.
For the Big Boss Fight, Daniel and Silver will square off. To get rid of the man, Daniel is employing all of the nefarious strategies from the Silver playbook. He also does. Kenny and Kyler leave the dojo while crying and removing their t-shirts. The Cobra Kai is over. People are making statements when the cops come. Kenny, who is broken, views the scene with a look of astonishment. Robby, an old friend, arrives, but Kenny seems unwilling to converse. Robby and Tory rekindle their romance and kiss. Sam says, “This yours?” and hands Miguel the octopus pendant she’s been wearing. They reunite their relationship by kissing. Chozen and Johnny are taken to the gym in the Hummer. Love confessions are made as Carmen envelops Johnny. Silver is being detained while being detained and arrested. With the revelation that Kreese fabricated his shivving to eliminate the emergency team, the episode and season come to a close. Kreese scrolls along the hospital/prison hallway as Frank Sinatra sings. He is gone.
