The first two episodes of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will be available to watch on a big screen a few days before it debuts on Amazon Prime Video on September 2. On August 31, Amazon and Cinemark will present the premiere episodes for one night only.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, a new Amazon series, may bring Middle-earth to television, but it turns out that the film series is still alive and well on the big screen. The first two episodes of the show will be shown at fan events all over the world on August 31, two days before it premieres as a streaming service on Amazon Prime Video.

A page for the one-night-only event was made by Cinemark, and it states that tickets will go on sale on Monday at 9 am PT. A $10 snack voucher is also included with the reservation. Only members of Cinemark Movie Rewards, the theatre chain’s two-tiered loyalty programme with a free subscription option, are permitted to attend the event.
Amazon will also show the series in locations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Argentina, Colombia, Australia, and New Zealand in addition to the United States and Canada. According to reports, the fan event will take place in about 200 locations around the world.

The Rings of Power, a prequel to The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, takes place thousands of years before the events of the Lord of the Rings movies and books in the Second Age of Middle-earth. The show debuts J.R.R. Tolkien’s legendary Second Age of Middle-history earth’s on television.
