‘The Batman’ revenue crosses over $700 million at Global Box Office

The Warner Bros. Pictures’ new film “The Batman” directed by Matt Reeves crossed over $700 million in Box Office Revenue in the weekend gone by. Over the weekend, the film added another $13.4 million internationally, bringing the running total to over $361.5 million. Domestically, the film made $10.8 million, for a total of $349 million. The movie has earned $710.5 million worldwide.

It was based heavily on the character’s origins as “the world’s greatest detective,” and stars Robert Pattinson as The Dark Knight and Paul Dano as the villain, The Riddler. Compared to other live-action superhero films, the $700 million-plus revenue of this film is outpacing all but three of them.
