In a recent interaction with her fans, she told them that she would be supporting West Side Story from home as it has been nominated for Best Picture and a few other nominations including Best Supporting Actor, Best Director, Best Production Design, Best Sound and Best Cinematography. She said “I will root for west side story from my couch“. This did disappoint her fans as they heard this shocking news from her.
Now, Rachel Zelger is invited to Oscars to be a presenter not just a guest for the night. A few days ago the star shared a post with a couple of photos captioning it, ‘a quarter of the year well spent’, where a fan commented saying ,’Can’t wait to see what you’ll be wearing on Oscar night’. Then the West Side Story actor reveled about her not getting an invitation. She said, “I’m not invited so sweatpants and my boyfriend’s flannel.”
Rachel was in London, shooting for the remake of Snow White, but now the production is trying to clear out her schedule for her to attend the Oscars. The fans did quite enjoy the news of Rachel being a presenter now at the Oscars, from being uninvited, congratulating her by saying, ” Less than a week to get your dress. Congratulations on being a presenter! ” and while one wrote, “From being uninvited to being a presenter. The Oscars didn’t want that smoke lmao.”
