Producer and frequent director Shawn Levy of Stranger Things has hinted that season 5 will be both an epic and extremely emotional event. Season 5 of Stranger Things will soon be available for watching on Netflix. The fourth season of Stranger Things was definitely worth the three-year wait. The upcoming fifth and final season of the Netflix series Stranger Things is covered in great detail in the video below. Stranger Things has been and still is one of Netflix’s flagship series since its debut in July 2016. As the seasons have gone by, the appeal of each new excursion has grown.

The Duffer Brothers have already stated that Season 5 of Stranger Things will be the show’s biggest yet, and now Levy has hinted at the whole extent of what’s to come in a recent interview with Collider. The producer and director claim that season 5 will not only be an emotionally draining experience for the actors and crew while filming, but also quite the experience for viewers.

Levy said, “I know that Brothers already hinted at this publicly, but when we sat there and heard the two-hour-long pitch-out for the storyline of this final season, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room by the time the brothers were done… so yeah, this last season will be both epic and very emotional. I think making it will be pretty damn emotional, too, since this show has changed the life of every one of us who have worked on it. Anyway, writing is going really well, and we can’t wait to head into production next year.”

When Season 5 will be released?

Although there are still many unanswered concerns and mysteries surrounding Stranger Things season 5, it sounds like the most ambitious episode yet. Since the Duffer Brothers have previously demonstrated their willingness to murder off significant characters, such as Eddie played by Joseph Quinn in season 4, viewers may be in for one or more heartbreaking demises this time around. How the Stranger Things saga ends is yet to be determined.

Despite the fans’ best efforts, there will undoubtedly be a long wait for Stranger Things’ fifth season. Even though season 4’s release was delayed due to the pandemic, there would have been a long wait anyway. Production for each season requires a lot of work. It had been filming for nearly a month when the pandemic stopped. After a six-month delay, production did not resume until late September 2020. Actor Noah Schnapp confirmed the fourth season’s final episode of filming a little more than a year later. However, the Season 5 is not anticipated until around 2024.
