The footage shows Depp giving Andy a huge embrace backstage in Las Vegas before Andy responds, “Oh my goodness, thank you! I’ve gone through something similar, and I’m proud of you. You persevered; I’m going to cry because of it. You seem so content right now, and I’m pleased for you. I’m simply glad I had the opportunity to speak truth to power.
