WWE's Upcoming Cuts: Baron Corbin, Indi Hartwell, and Tegan Nox on the Chopping Block

Baron Corbin, Indi Hartwell, and Tegan Nox are set to leave WWE after several impactful years with the organization, according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.

Corbin has been informed that his contract will not be renewed after 12 years with the company. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on various character roles, including that of a king and a high-stakes gambler. His accolades include being a former WWE United States Champion, winning the King of the Ring in 2019, and clinching the Men’s Money in the Bank contract in 2017.

Indi Hartwell, who appeared on the most recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown, was reportedly surprised by her release. Despite the shock, she expressed gratitude for her time in WWE on social media, stating, “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.” Hartwell enjoyed success in NXT, where she captured the NXT Women’s Championship and the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside Candice LeRae in 2021 before moving up to the main roster in 2023.

Tegan Nox was also released on the same day, ending her time with WWE, which began in 2017. Nox faced significant challenges during her career, including multiple injuries that caused her to miss considerable time, most notably after suffering ACL and MCL tears during a match against Rhea Ripley in 2018.

These departures signal a notable shift within WWE as the company continues to reshape its roster and explore new directions.
