The “Back in Action” actress was spotted on Tuesday in Beverly Hills with a companion, grinning as she appeared to be waiting for a car.

The California summer is being enjoyed by Cameron Diaz. The actress made a rare public appearance on Tuesday, chatting with a pal while standing in a valet parking space in Beverly Hills.

The Back in Action actress, 50, held a wad of cash in one hand and her phone in the other while she spoke with the man.

In addition to sporting an updo and wearing a collared black button-down shirt and matching loose trousers, Diaz accessorised with black slides and nude-colored sunglasses.

After a gruelling film production for Netflix’s Back in Action, a source told PEOPLE last month that Diaz and her family, which also includes husband Benji Madden and their 3-year-old “great traveller” daughter Raddix, were “enjoying a great summer.” The source also revealed that the family had travelled to Europe.

“The shooting schedule with Jamie [Foxx] was intense and pretty gruelling,” the insider claimed. She was relieved when they finished.

In June 2022, Diaz made the infamous announcement that she and Foxx, 55, would be joining the cast of Back in Action. It is her first picture since she quit acting in 2014 to devote more time to her family and launch her Avaline wine company. Additionally, it’s her first movie endeavour after welcoming Raddix.

The source told PEOPLE, “She just loves being a mum, and this is her focus.” Before agreeing to work on the film with Jamie, Cameron was content with her life. She didn’t miss the long hours, but she was happy to start filming again. Her separation from her daughter was really traumatic.

Despite being deeply connected with Avaline, Diaz has had a flexible work schedule ever since her daughter was born, the insider continued.
When Foxx had what his daughter Corinne Foxx characterised as “a medical complication” on April 11, he was working with Diaz, Glenn Close, and others. Foxx previously starred with Diaz in both 2014’s Annie and 1999’s Any Given Sunday.

The Oscar winner praised his younger sister Deidra Dixon and daughter Corinne, 29, for their “protection” during his rehabilitation in a video that was released to Instagram on Saturday. This was the first time the actor had publicly discussed his health concern.
