Summer vacation for Lindsey Vonn is undoubtedly the stuff of fantasies.

The 38-year-old former skier published pictures of her relaxing on a boat with her lovely dog, Lucy, on Instagram, and they are everything.

She can be seen in the photos relaxing with a refreshing drink and swim. Naturally, Lindsey is also sporting a darling yellow string bikini that showed off her amazing abs, arms, and legs. I have to admit that I am quite jealous of the entire setup.

It’s unknown what she will be having surgery on at the moment, but it appears that everyone will soon receive an update. Hurry up and get well, Lindsey!

You’re not the only one who wonders how Lindsey maintains such chiselled abs. And fortunately, you’ve found the correct place because the actress told Women’s Health about her routines and shares them on social media.

This athlete works hard right off the bat. When Lindsey shares her workouts on Instagram, she frequently mentions the famed “chin-drip” that happens when she works out so hard that she perspires so much that the perspiration just pours down her chin. Additionally, she’ll be tagged in the chin-drip posts of her friends and followers!

And despite spending a lot of time on the road this summer, Lindsey hasn’t neglected her workouts. Lindsey described a recent exercise she did while visiting Paris, which includes resistance machine training, core work with a medicine ball, and dumbbell presses.

Additionally, she worked out while travelling: a series of circuits that included Bosu ball planks, weighted lunges, and additional medicine ball workouts.

Of course, she exercises her core quite a bit at the gym. According to Lindsey, “I just like pushing myself,” she recently told Women’s Health. “I enjoy feeling powerful, and I feel so much more mentally strong when I feel physically strong. I feel healthier and more confident when I exercise. Even if it’s a small thing, I’ve accomplished something.

Any athlete understands the importance of eating correctly when working out hard. Lindsey is obviously on board as healthy eating is also a big priority. She frequently bases her breakfast decisions on her impending workouts.

According to her, she begins each day with a banana and almond butter if she plans to do aerobics, eggs and some avocado if she wants to do weights, or steel cut oats and fruit if she wants to go skiing.

She often eats a protein-rich salad for lunch and another protein for dinner that she air fries and serves with a salad. As many vegetables as I can and a little goat cheese are always included, she said.
