Following two weeks in front of their home crowd, WWE Hall of Famer Edge is prepared to exact revenge on Judgement Day. Damian Priest, a member of The Judgment Day, challenged the Rated-R Superstar to the WWE Raw program airing on August 22. Then, WWE officially announced that this match will take place.
The priest remarked, “Edge hasn’t competed on Monday Night Raw in Toronto in twelve years?
I hereby issue a formal challenge to engage in a one-on-one contest. both of us Rated-R Superstar Versus The Judgment Day Punishment.
Finish the set you still have if you have one!”
Edge accepted Priest’s challenge as well.
After accepting the challenge, Edge made an appearance on “Raw Talk,” which you can see in the video down below.
Edge replied, “I’ll take up your challenge. Are you prepared to face me while leaving your gothic literature at home? Who did you contact when you first joined WWE? Who was always there to offer assistance when needed? I came up with the concept for Judgment Day out of the blue with Rhea Ripley.

When you look and I say, “Son, you don’t know the error you made,” it will happen during the game. In Toronto, I’ll run into you.
Since February 1, 2021, Edge hasn’t competed on the Red brand till this one. It would be his first television appearance since he defeated Seth Rollins on the “SmackDown” show that aired at Madison Square Garden on September 10, 2021, where he faced Randy Orton.
The Judgement Day
On Raw the following evening, Edge introduced Bálor as The Judgment Day’s newest recruit. Bálor, Priest, and Ripley turned on their commander almost at once, beating him and shunning him. Edge changed into Face as a result.
WWE wanted the firm to have a more “supernatural” vibe, which Edge apparently disagreed with and left the company over. The Mysterios’ battle against Judgment Day was aided by Edge’s victorious face turn at SummerSlam on July 30, 2022. With his theme tune, Metalingus by Alter Bridge, he made a comeback on the following episode of Raw.
