Bill Goldberg, the 55-year-old, has not fought an existing single fight since his last match with Roman reigns that is going to belong to the Universal Championship. He has completed his obligation to the number that belongs to bounds he signed on top of.

He was given opportunities by Vince that perhaps he hadn’t earned in the past. He practically owes the man everything. He has never refused to put somebody over, first and foremost.
Perhaps he disagrees with putting Jericho over when they were in WCW or anything like that. If he recalls correctly, it’s because he didn’t think it was appropriate for the character to take part in any comedic situations. But under those evil circumstances in Saudi Arabia, he would never, ever, have done it. Not. He’d like to see Bray Wyatt face to face and make sure that not a single fiber of his being thinks that he tampered with the match. It was the first time he had been successful in defending himself in that circumstance.
