Following the latest Vince McMahon exposé in the Wall Street Journal, there are growing tensions in the WWE locker room.

Several women on the SmackDown roster have reportedly grown angry with their division has been programmed lately, according to a recent Fightful Select story. According to Fightful, dissatisfaction among performers on both sides of the card started earlier this year, and several female Superstars held off on complaining to WWE executives until they saw how the “chips would fall.”
According to one of Fightful’s sources, Vince McMahon is more focused on repairing his reputation than he is with properly scheduling the WWE women’s division.

Kurt Angle is furious?

After learning that Kurt Angle had dated a few African American women in the past, McMahon reportedly decided to create a professional wrestling storyline based on the WWE legend’s personal experiences.
But I’m going to share this with you. I’m going to tell the world what’s happening right now, upfront. Vince McMahon learned that I had dated a small number of African American ladies in the past. I also participated in a program with Booker T and Sharmell around 17 years ago in which I stalked Sharmell, Booker T’s wife. Jason Jordan is now in charge.
When Angle rejoined the WWE in 2017, McMahon was still thinking about his past relationships.

The Olympic champion claimed that Vince McMahon was prone to making storylines out of backstage jokes, so he chose to promote Jason Jordan as Kurt Angle’s kid.

Lawsuit dismissed

As further claims surfaced on July 8, 2022, the pressure on Vince McMahon grew. This concerned a claim that non-disclosure agreements had been formed as part of the $12 million payments made to WWE employees throughout their 16-year employment. The report, for example, claimed that McMahon forced one wrestler to engage in oral sex in exchange for a $7.5 million payment.
This litigation has finally been resolved, which is a rare bit of good news for McMahon. While Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics claimed that the issue had been “amicably resolved,” PWInsider’s Mike Johnson announced on June 29 that the lawsuit had been “formally dismissed with prejudice.”
In February 2000, the XFL’s initial version was announced. The Los Angeles Xtreme defeated the San Francisco Demons in the “Million Dollar Game” on April 21, 2001, capping the league’s lone season. The business soon after declared bankruptcy.

Currently, a group headed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Gerry Cardinale owns the League. A new season is scheduled to begin in 2023.
