New York (CNN BUSINESS) – A curtain raiser of the stack of 4 5G enabled I phone 12 was organized by Apple. The tech. amelioration in the new I phone series could give a cut-throat competition to the existing Suppliers of 5G technology. Analysts foresee the new feature could prompt a “supercycle” of I Phone upgrades.

5G is the future of world of technology; it’ll change the perception and execution of activities. Benefits like faster speed and bandwidth greater than 4gLTE networks. Hence consumer can now enjoy faster video streaming and downloads, improved AR, live gaming, real-time interaction and other benefits.
Since 5G is still in process, customers purchasing 5G; might not reap complete benefits of it, as all service operators do not support 5G connectivity.
“This year, next year, the story for Apple is going to be: How do they manage consumer expectations when the network isn’t there?” DA Davidson analyst Tom Forte said post the announcement.
How Does 5G Work
Despite claiming to be the fastest, the downloading speed still depends on where you live and who your cellular provider is.
All the 3 major service providers in the US have “nationwide” 5G networks post the launch on Tuesday. Relying on a “ low-band” spectrum, these networks carry cellular signals to greater distances but provide a small jump in speed as compared to 4G.Not entire US is covered by these “nationwide” networks.
5G created by network providers on cities use “high-band” spectrum providing rapid speed than 4G, but reduced distance coverage. So 5G is mostly available in the suburbs and urban areas where a physical infrastructure can down the distance of signals travelling and provide better coverage.
“For some consumers, the experience on 5G might just feel like 4G,” according to Daniel Hays, strategy partner at consulting firm PwC US. “I think the things that we’re kind of seeing and experiencing at the moment is just that they hype around 5G have far outpaced the reality at this point.”
I phone 12 users can experience the 5G connectivity only if they reside in downtown and city centers; which will also increase their productivity and enhance their work from home experience.
All the 4 versions of I phone 12 are expected to connect to low, mid, and high band 5G networks; which will benefit the users whether they live in the city or on the outskirts. This feature of Apple enables users to reap full benefits of 5G.
