Naomi Season 1 will be released on Blu-ray and DVD by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on August 23 and features special bonus content, will give fans of the heroic television series the chance to rewatch their favourite episodes.
All 13 of the show’s one-hour premiere season episodes will be included in the home media release. Fans will be able to access special, never-before-seen supplementary content as they relive their favourite series moments. The Blu-ray and DVD’s bonus features, “Naomi: From Page to Screen,” “A Hero Will Rise: Kaci Walfall,” and “The Adaptation of a Hero,” will provide viewers a detailed look at how the show was created and how it was adapted from its original source material.
Ava DuVernay, known for her work on Selma and A Wrinkle in Time, and Jill Blankenship, who previously produced and scripted episodes of the popular CW drama Arrow, collaborated to create Naomi. The series is co-executively produced by DuVernay, Blankenship, and Paul Garnes. In addition to Cranston Johnson, Alexander Wraith, Mary-Charles Jones, Mouzam Makkar, Daniel Puig, Camila Moreno, Will Meyers, Aidan Gemme, and Barry Watson, the series also stars Kaci Walfall as the title character.
Naomi, which debuted earlier this year on The CW as part of its lineup of comic book shows that also includes The Flash and Arrow, is based on the DC Comics heroine of the same name. The first season garnered favourable reviews from critics, with a 90 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The CW declared that despite the show’s favourable reviews, it will not be renewed for any additional seasons. Along with other well-known programmes like Legacies and Batwoman, Naomi was cancelled.
The cost of the Blu-ray disc will be $39.99, while the cost of the DVD disc will be $29.98. Fans can currently purchase the show digitally, and it is also streaming right now on HBO Max. On August 23, Naomi will be available on DVD and Blu-ray.
