Hailey Bieber has spoken out about her husband Justin Bieber’s facial paralysis, as well as her own mini stroke, which ‘brought them closer.’
During an appearance on Good Morning America on Wednesday, the 25-year-old model revealed that recent medical scares just months apart have brought her and husband Justin closer together.
During an interview with Amy Robach and TJ Holmes, Hailey revealed that things are looking up for her husband, Justin. “He’s doing really well. “He’s getting better every day,” Hailey stated. “He’s feeling much better, and obviously, it was just a very scary and random situation to happen, but he’ll be fine.” “I’m just grateful that he’s okay,” she added. Just from fans, friends, and family, the response has been overwhelming. Everyone has sent their best wishes, advice, and recommendations. It’s been absolutely incredible.”
On June 10, Justin revealed his Ramsay Hunt Syndrome diagnosis in an Instagram video, which occurs when a shingles outbreak hits the facial nerve near one of your ears, causing facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear, according to The Mayo Clinic. “As you can probably tell from my face, I have Ramsay Hunt Syndrome,” Justin said in the video. This eye isn’t blinking, I can’t smile on this side of my face, and this nostril won’t move.”
Meanwhile, Hailey has just launched Rhode Skin, her new skincare line. Justin also posted a touching tribute to his wife on Instagram. “I am so proud of you, baby,” he wrote. Nobody knows how many hours of care and passion you’ve put into creating a skincare brand that truly serves the people. The most lovely aspect of you is your concern for protecting people with good ingredients that will help their skin flourish, just as you did for me and my skin. MY BEAUTIFUL GIRL, PROUD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Because of your desire to provide them with the best, so many people will have beautiful dewy skin! “I adore you so much.”
