‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ is widely recognised as one of Marvel Studios’ most successful films. NWH is the second-highest-grossing superhero film, trailing only ‘Avengers: Endgame,’ and is regarded as one of cinema’s most significant crossovers.Three spider-men were brought together in one film to explore the concept of the “multiverse.” No Way Home brought together Tobey Maguire from the original Spider-Man universe, Andrew Garfield from the Amazing Spider-Man reality, and Tom Holland from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film has a running time of 2 hours and 28 minutes in theatres.

The latest news is that the makers of No Way Home have announced a re-release with extra footage. All of the deleted scenes are scheduled to be included in the new version, named ‘Spider Man No Way Home: The More Fun Stuff Version.’ The movie’s official social media accounts shared a video in which all three spider-men actors delivered the message. They captioned it as, “You wanted more Spidey and you got it! #SpiderManNoWayHome: The More Fun Stuff Version swings into movie theaters in the US and Canada September 2! More countries to be announced soon!” (sic). We have to wait and see if the “more fun” version gets a theatrical release in India and Indian languages.

Tickets for this new edit will go on sale on Tuesday, August 9, just over three weeks before The More Fun Stuff Version hits theatres. Following Avengers: Endgame in June 2019 (which includes six minutes of additional footage) and Spider-Man: Far From Home in August 2019, this is the third MCU film to get a big theatrical re-release (with four minutes of extra scenes). Sony has done this twice before, with Venom: Let There Be Carnage returning to theatres in January and Morbius returning to theatres in early June to mixed reviews. With re-releases becoming more of a pattern than an outlier, it’s hardly unsurprising that Spider-Man: No Way Home was the most recent film to get a second showing in theatres

Sony will be able to reintroduce No Way Home to the public eye, and fans will be able to relive the experience in theatres once more. The digital and Blu-ray versions of Spider-Man: No Way Home are now available for purchase. The threequel will be re-released in theatres on September 9th.
