Ms Marvel, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s first-ever Muslim superhero, was presented to us in the shape of a Pakistani-American teen named Kamala Khan. Iman Vellani’s Kamala is like most other immigrant kids her age in the United States: she’s trying to make sense of her South Asian background while growing up in New Jersey and keeping up with her favourite pop culture events. Kamala is a relatable superhero for immigrants and South Asians around the world, as she persuades her parents to allow her attend an AvengerCon. The mix of seasoned actors and newcomers in the six-episode series Ms Marvel is another exciting aspect.

Ms Marvel/Kamala Khan is played by Imani Vellani:Kamala, a Muslim adolescent growing up in Jersey City, is played by Iman Vellani. This is Iman’s first acting role, and she was told she received the part through a Zoom call, according to a video provided by Marvel.
Farhan Akhtar: While the actor’s role in the film is still unknown, he uploaded a video on Instagram in which he can be seen wearing a robe and sporting a beard, appearing like a suave philosopher.“What you seek is seeking you!”he exclaims, quoting Rumi.Muneeba Khan is played by Zenobia Shroff: Muneeba Khan, Kamala’s mother, is played by actress Zenobia Shroff. Zenobia is well recognised for her work in Mumbai’s theatre scene, where she was mentored by Pearl Padamsee. Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Big Sick, The Affair, The Resident, and Madam Secretary are among her credits.
Yusuf Khan is played by Mohan Kapur: Yusuf Khan, Kamala’s father, is played by Mohan Kapur, a well-known face in Indian cinema and television. He has appeared in a number of films, including Happy New Year, Mission Mangal, and Jolly LLB.Najma is played by Nimra Bucha: Najma is played by Nimra Bucha, a well-known Pakistani actress. Although not much is known about her involvement, we do see her in the teaser throwing a few punches. Nimra is well recognised for her roles in films such as Churails and Manto, both of which received critical praise. She was most recently seen in the Pakistani film Kamli, which has received positive reviews.
Kamala’s older brother is played by Saagar Shaikh, who plays Aamir Khan. He’s previously been on series like Just Giggle It and Unfair & Ugly. Bruno Carrelli is played by Matt Lintz.Bruno Carrelli, one of Kamala’s closest friends and confidants, is played by Matt Lintz. The actor has previously acted in a number of films, including The Walking Dead and What to Expect When You’re Expecting.Nakia Bahadir is played by Yasmeen Fletcher:Yasmeen Fletcher, who goes by the name Nakia Bahadir, is another of Kamala’s closest pals. She has a supporting part in the film Let Us In.Rish Shah plays Kamran: the person who Iman’s character had the most crush on in high school.
