Additionally, the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), a governmental research agency, will examine if a wireless internet environment can be implemented using space internet equipment it designed, with no latency in data flow between the Earth and the moon.
According to reports, the BTS song “Dynamite” will be beamed from the moon to Earth as part of South Korea’s space effort to launch a lunar orbiter via a SpaceX rocket using this experimental wireless space internet service. If this happens, BTS’ Dynamite will be the first K-pop song to be broadcast in space. In the meantime, Dynamite has gained even another achievement. The Japanese Society for Authors, Composers, and Publishers (JASRAC) announced its winners for 2022 on May 18, and ‘Dynamite’ was given the ‘Foreign Works Award’.
