Several Youtube streamers have begun playing this game on stream that has led to a further increase in its popularity. Though the game is very simple to play, it is filled with fun and hilarious moments especially when you are the impostor trying to kill the innocent crewmates. There’s a new Among Us update being rolled out with some interesting features.
New Among Us Update Brings Many New Things To The Plate
Initially, the developers of the game had planned to release a sequel to the game but later scrapped their plan to do so. They promised to provide updates to the current game itself so that players keep playing the game. It appears that they are really keeping their word. The game recently got an update and though it’s small in size. the patch notes indicate that the game will receive some big additions in the coming future.
The latest steam update of Among Us has highlighted some major updates to the game are around the edge. These consist of current accounts and will make matchmaking much simpler. The new update brings with it some bug fixes and anonymous voting options. However, massive changes to the game are yet to come. In December, the new accounts will enable the players to keep a detailed track of their progress and assist them in creating friendlists.
What’s interesting is the fact that the developer has promised to release a new and larger map for the players to play. The map will be much larger than the current Polus map and will be completely free. Additional information about the map is yet to be revealed but it’s good to know that the map is under development. The new update also brings with it support for the color-blind, however, it is just a first step and needs more work in future.
