The singer already had a history of past 6 years with battles and fights with depression and anxiety too. This is not the first time that Gomez came up with topics related to mental health, she made a documentary titled My Mind and Me.
This time Selena is back with new documentaries and new hopes that this will help other individuals express out reports ‘The Mirror’.The singer reveals the purpose of the documentary is to educate and guide the younger generation about the importance of prioritizing their mental health issue and being vocal about it. Gomez has expressed her concerns, concerns and feels unfiltered in the documentary.
