According to the report around eleven people have been killed in the shooting which includes nine childrens .
While two people have been reportedly opened fire in which the nineteen year old boy has been detained. The police has also started the investigation as soon as they heard about the news and no motive has been established yet.
Currently, the situation is been under control and the security has been restored.
On the other hand Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov described the shooting as a “disaster” and a “tragedy”.
One of the video which is been viral on social media had captured a teenager lying on the ground apparently and been detained outside the buidling.
