By winning Lead Actress at the Emmys 2022 for her work in Euphoria, Zendaya created history.
The 26-year-old made history by winning two Emmys at a young age.
In addition to her breathtaking red carpet attire for the awards show, Zendaya then changed into an even better outfit for the after-party celebration of her significant Emmys triumph.
The actress attended HBO's Emmys After Party on Monday, September 12, at San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood, California, wearing a red Valentino dress with a plunging neckline.
As Zendaya arrived at the party, she was seen posing with her Emmys trophy.
In an emotional speech, the actress shared her joy at receiving the Lead Actress award with other "amazing" contenders.
While accepting the award, Zendaya first said, "Thank you to the Academy, thank you to my friends and family, some of which are here tonight.
She further said, "Thank you to Sam [Levinson] for sharing Rue with me. Thank you for believing in me, even in moments where I didn’t believe in myself."
In the Lead Actress in a Drama Series category, the actress was up against people like Melanie Lynskey from Yellowjackets, Laura Linney from Ozark, Reese Witherspoon from The Morning Show, and Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh from Killing Eve.
For her work in the first season of Euphoria, Zendaya previously won her first Emmy Award in 2020. She plays Rue Bennett in the television series, which has also been renewed for a third season.
