Almost after A gap of 2 years, The crown series is coming back with its royal charm. Recently the show also made it to the top 10 of Netflix’s hit shows after the sudden demise of Queen Elizabeth II. 

The giant streamer platform revealed this on Netflix’s “Tudum” global fan event.  

Netflix disclosed that season 5 of the Royal series will be premiered on November 9, 2022, nearly two months after the death of the queen.  

The latest season will be new stories and sharp curves to the series as we will witness the life of Princess Diana and then-Prince Charles in the 1990s, as glimpsed in the teaser itself. 

The final part of season 5 ends with the demise of one of the most charming, kind, and brave Princess Diana.

In the upcoming season, the famous character of “Harry Potter, Downton Abbey” Imelda Staunton will be portraying Queen Elizabeth for the upcoming season.

Lesley Manville will be portraying Princess Margaret and the central character of Princess Diana will be played by Elizabeth Debicki, Jonny Lee Miller play Prime Minister John Major, and Dominic West as Prince Charles.  

Currently, there is huge suspense that the exact stories will the season brings this time.  

Humayun Saeed will play the character of a heart surgeon with whom Princess Diana had a secret relationship for 2 years. 

This season will also bring you Prince Harry and Willian with Senan, apart from this Dominic West’s son recreating William and Will Powell, and Teddy Hawley playing Harry at various times.
