US to allow all passengers vaccinated against COVID-19 from early November

Foreign nationals will be allowed in the US from early November if they have COVID-19 vaccination proof and a negative COVID-19 test, the White House said.

Fully vaccinated passengers won't be required to quarantine. Previous rules restricted travel by non-citizens who have in the prior 14 days been in the UK, EU, China, India, Iran, Ireland, Brazil and South Africa.
