Zack Snyder's epic space opera Rebel Moon, which has yet to be given a specific release date, will be available on Netflix at some point in 2023. It was inspired by the films of Akira Kurosawa and the Star Wars saga.

The Mothership (2023)

Another Netflix original, The Mothership centres on Sara Morse, played by Halle Berry, who unearths an extraterrestrial object beneath her house a year after her husband vanished without a trace.

Spaceman (2023)

In 2023, Johan Renck will film this adaptation of the 2017 book Spaceman of Bohemia for Netflix, which will be his first project since helming the wildly successful HBO miniseries Chernobyl in 2019.

M3GAN (January 6)

M3GAN is slated to be one of the spookiest sci-fi horror films of 2023 and is being produced by Atomic Monster Productions and Blumhouse Productions (The Conjuring, The Purge, Paranormal Activity).

Distant (January 27)

The brilliant Josh Gordon and Will Speck (Blades of Glory, Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile) will helm this sci-fi comedy, which will star Anthony Ramos, Naomi Scott, and Zachary Quinto.

Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania (February 17)

Kang the Conqueror, the new main antagonist for the Multiverse Saga of the MCU, will face off against Scott Lang, a.k.a. Ant-Man, in Marvel Studios' first theatrical movie of 2023. Quantumania in Ant-Man and the Wasp

65 (March 10)

The new sci-fi thriller 65 by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, which was once slated for release in May 2022, will now be available on March 10, 2023.

Shazam! Fury Of The Gods (March 17)

Shazam! 2 is the follow-up to the 2019 film Shazam! and the 12th entry in the DC Extended Universe. Zachary Levi will reprise his role as the lead character in Fury of the Gods.

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3 (May 5)

On May 5, 2023, James Gunn's final entry into the Guardians of the Galaxy universe is scheduled for release. It is expected to be one of Marvel Studios' most moving movies to date.

Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (June 2)

Shameik Moore, who was Miles Morales in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), will reprise his role as "Brooklyn's full-time, friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man" in this eagerly awaited sequel.
