There is excellent news for fans who wanted to witness Goldberg wrestle one more.
Goldberg confirmed the status of his WWE contract in a recent interview, stating that even though he has participated in all of the matches he agreed to, he is still bound by the terms of the agreement.
He emphasised the point by saying, "I still haven't gotten cut off because you never know when the phone's going to ring," alluding to how his circumstances have altered over time.
One of the many projects he has been working on during his most recent leave from WWE TV is the current episode of Biography: WWE Legends, which aired on July 17 on A&E.
The professional career of the numerous WCW and WWE world champion will be the subject of the second episode of the season.
In the documentary, Goldberg was incredibly open about both his personal and professional lives, as well as how he came to be so successful in his line of work.
The WWE Hall of Famer has a brand-new side that fans may not have realised existed, which will surprise them.
He added that he is "in terrific shape right now" compared to his prior appearance in a WWE ring, which is an understatement given his advanced age.
However, he did mention that he has to have surgery on his shoulder, which he claimed had become "completely ruined over the last years" as a result of how much stress he had been under from playing so many games.
According to certain sources, he has suffered from shoulder problems in the past as a result of the fact that all of his wrestling techniques depend on his shoulders' strength.
