Under the watchful eye of Kristin Scott Thomas, the story will be adapted from the 1959 novel of the same name by Elizabeth Jane Howard.
Oscar-nominated Scott Thomas will be making her feature directorial debut with the drama.
The Sea Change will focus on a playwright and his chronically ill wife, Emmanuel and Lillian.
