While on the red carpet for Bones and All, the two were captured matching in black Giorgio Armani floor-length dresses.
Many blessings to everyone and happy birthday to your mum! A crimped side sweep and a strapless black dress were Apatow’s choices.
The actors, who frequently appear on lists of best-dressed people, added striking diamonds to their ensemble.
Apatow sported a necklace with red stones to complement her bold lip, while Sweeney had both bracelets and earrings wrapped with jewelry.
Sweeney made her first red carpet appearance at the festival on September 1, when she arrived in Italy dressed head to toe in Tory Burch.
On the popular HBO series Euphoria, Sweeney and Apatow, the daughter of director Judd Apatow, portray sisters Cassie and Lexi Howard.
The two have shown that their friendship extends beyond the camera. Sweeney wrote, “My ride or die” with adorable photographs of her and Apatow taken during a photo session in an April Instagram post.
The co-stars’ appearance at the Venice Film Festival isn’t the only recent news regarding Sweeney, though.
